HOW TO BOOK

2	As soon as we have confirmed availability, please complete this Online Booking Form
3	Payment - a €300 refundable deposit guarantees your place until 4 weeks before the retreat date, then the remainder is due, or your deposit becomes forfeit. - bookings made less than 4 weeks before the retreat date must be paid for in full - payments are refundable until 4 weeks before the retreat date, after which they are only transferable to another course or person. - returned deposits are subject to a €50 handling charge.
4	Our preferred payment methods are Paypal and Bank Transfer. Our Paypal account name is kaliyoga.retreats@gmail.com Bank transfer details will be sent on request. Please note that PayPal charges 2.9 percent of the money it transfers for you and this will be shown in the Paypal screenshot that you receive from us. Any balance discrepancy can easily be settled at Kaliyoga, so don't worry about trying to micro manage your currency conversion to the exact centimo.
5	Travel We operate a low cost Group Transfer to the retreat from Malaga or Granada airport, subject to your flight arriving no later than 12 noon. To reserve your seat please send an email to: taxi@kaliyoga.com For Map / Group Transfer costs / Bus Timetable / Airport Information - see http://www.kaliyoga.com/travel.php If for any reason you can not be at Malaga airport in time for a Group Transfer, we can arrange a car to meet your flight - please request by email to: taxi@kaliyoga.com . Alternatively there are public buses - the nearest town is Orgiva. - see bus timetable.
