HOW TO BOOK
1	Please enquire if there is availability for the retreat dates that you want to book: Email :enquiry@kaliyoga.com Telephone: +44 (0)1373 814663
2	As soon as we confirm that there a place for you, please complete your Online Reservation Form and secure your place with a payment.
3	Payment • a €300 refundable deposit guarantees your place until 4 weeks before the retreat date, then the remainder is due, or your deposit becomes forfeit. • payments are refundable until 4 weeks before the retreat date, after which they are only transferable to another course or person. • last minute bookings (4 weeks or less before the start date of your retreat) must be secured with full payment. • returned deposits are subject to a €50 handling charge.
4	Our preferred payment methods are Paypal and Direct Bank Transfer. Our Paypal account name is kaliyoga.retreats@gmail.com Bank transfer details will be sent on request. Please note that PayPal charges 2.9 percent of the money it transfers for you and this will be shown in the Paypal screenshot that you receive from us. Any balance discrepancy can easily be settled at Kaliyoga, so don't worry about trying to micro manage your currency conversion to the exact centimo.
5	Travel We operate a car-sharing Group Transfer service from Malaga airport to the retreat, subject to your flight arriving before 12 noon. This is a shared-cost service. See costs. To reserve your seat please send an email for the attention of Sue to taxi@kaliyoga.com If for any reason you can not get to Malaga airport in time for the Group Transfer, we can arrange a car to meet your flight - please send your flight details for the attention of Sue at: taxi@kaliyoga.com On the last day the check-out time is 12 noon. Please take this into account when booking your homeward travel, allowing up to 2 hours for the journey to Malaga airport.
