What's included: accommodation, all meals, yoga classes and informative talks.

The Superfoods retreat focuses primarily on learning how to incorporate a healthy and delicious diet into your daily life, promoting long term weight control and organic health. Superfoods include green powders like barley grass & spirulina, raw chocolate, bee pollen which will be served alongside our meals. You will learn how to sweeten your foods naturally without sugar -these will be part of your diet plus there will be a seminar on superfoods and their importance in helping to maintain all round health. There will also be a chance to buy superfoods from the Kaliyoga store to take home with you. 

On your arrival day there will be a cooked evening meal, then after that there will be three delicious raw food and superfoods meals every day made from locally grown organic produce. A constantly replenished fruit bowl is available all day.

There are two yoga classes per day: the morning class is a two hour dynamic flow session for cardiac stimulation and calorie burning. The evening class will be more restorative, focusing on gentle yet longer held asanas to support the internal organs as well as breathing and meditation techniques for holistic health, mental balance and inner peace. 

We will give you information on how digestive health works, how to maintain good health through a healthy diet and  by doing simple mini detoxes at home. We also have a library of interesting books about digestive health and raw food recipes.  

Optional activities and workshops can be arranged according to the interests of the group: Raw Food Cuisine Workshop, Guided Walks, Horse Riding, Dancing

The only extras that you will pay for are your travel and optional activities/workshops.

Yoga classes are founded on the dynamic yoga method and set within the context of Patanjali's classical yoga. Our aim is to guide you towards developing a self-directed practice. The morning practice is a flow class where movements and postures are connected on the thread of the breath. We start with a period of relaxation and some insights about the practice, followed by a variable sequence of breath-led asana postures. If you are a beginner, or not very flexible, don't worry - physical restrictions will dissolve naturally over time. The afternoon yoga sessions are restorative, using postures that gently open the major joints of the body. Guidance in pranayama and sitting meditation is also given. A reasonable level of enthusiasm and curiosity is recommended, as you will be practicing yoga for 2 hours each morning, and 1.5 hours in the evening.

Doors are open from 14.00.
First yoga class is at 17.30, followed by supper at 19.30

Vegetarian Cuisine
Based on Mediterranean flavours, Kaliyoga's vegetarian cuisine is imaginative, healthy and well balanced. Meat eaters are usually astonished by the tasty rich flavours.

Guests have use of mountain bikes, pool, Jacuzzi and sauna.

What to Bring
Cash for therapy sessions (euros); a pocket torch; beach shoes; some jeans and trainers in case you go horse riding.

We provide good quality Egyptian cotton bed linen, feather duvet, white bathroom towels. Separate towels are provided for outdoor use.

We provide all yoga equipment.

A small boutique sells useful organic items including toothpaste, body care products, olive oil, lavendar soap, etc.
