Dynamic Yoga Intensive

This intensive retreat includes 2.5 hours of dynamic yoga & pranayama each morning and 2.5 hours in Yin & restorative Yoga, philosophy & meditation every afternoon (free time on Wednesday afternoon).

During this week you will go deeper into the Dynamic Yoga training method and have the opportunity to practice more advanced asanas whilst learning how to focus awareness on the inherrent untiy of mind, body & breath. In the afternoon we will focus on sitting postures that help the body to open for sustained meditation before going deep into our meditation practice using the breath, bodily sensations or guided imagery as our tools of focus.

A broad and interesting range of holistic massage and therapies is available every afternoon. You can make bookings during the week, there's no need to book in advance.

Excursions are available - for example an afternoon on horseback in the mountains (pack your jeans), or visit a Buddhist monastery (20 mins by car) with fabulous views.

Juice mocktails are served at 19:30 followed by supper.

Note: Wednesday afternoon: free time instead of yoga and supper. You can participate in a Cookery Workshop with our chef (cost €25 for up to 8 participants. Non-participants pay €15 for supper). Alternatively you can choose to dine out at a local restaurant.
