Kaliyoga Dynamic Yoga Retreat

Dynamic yoga is a practie method that strikes a balance between being in the flow with muscles working and yet feeling totally relaxed inside.

In our dynamic yoga sessions novices and experienced students can practice side by side, each enjoying the benefits according to their capacity. The afternoon yoga sessions use restorative postures to soften the major joints of the body and to bring peace into the heart and mind. Guidance in pranayama and sitting meditation is also given.

A broad and interesting range of holistic massage and therapies is available every afternoon. You can make bookings during the week, there's no need to book in advance.

Excursions are available - for example an afternoon on horseback in the mountains (pack your jeans), or visit a Buddhist monastery (20 mins by car) with fabulous views.

Arrival Day:

Please arrive in good time - evening yoga class starts at 17:30
Juice mocktails are served at 19:30 followed by supper.

Note: Wednesday afternoon: free time instead of yoga and supper. You can participate in a Cookery Workshop with our chef (cost €25 for up to 8 participants. Non-participants pay €15 for supper). Alternatively you can choose to dine out at a local restaurant.
