Awaken your creative spirit
As a child you may have received some benign career advice like "pursuing artistic talent is a waste of time..." and subsequently you have allowed other things to claim priority over your creative talent. But what happens when a creative urge is repressed? Supressed creativity may turn out to be one of the main reasons behind the pandemic use of anti-depressant pills.
The one thing that hinders creativity is lack of belief in the right to proclaim and develop one's talent. Beliefs are: "I can't afford the time to nurture my creative soul", or "I am not good enough", or "I will fail", or "I am too old", or "my creative longing is self-indulgent and a waste of time". Even one negative thought repeated over and again becomes a belief with the power to entomb the fledgling spark of a creative genius.
The Transform retreat will allow you to identify your self-defeating beliefs and to notice whether there is a creative voice behind it, waiting patiently to be heard. Perhaps there is an artist inside of you waiting to emerge - or perhaps a director, a designer, an entrepeneur, a singer, a writer, a photographer, a life coach, a healer.
We will be using established techniques to take you deep into your creative self to look at what is holding you back and what steps you can take to honour and claim your talent.
Through powerful and practical techniques such as yoga, meditation, creative visualisation, goal setting, mask work, drawing, self enquiry, vision boarding, chanting, singing & dancing we will awaken your innate creativity and discover the person you were born to be.

Making a list of activities/distractions/mindsets that do not serve us or our creativity. Simplifying & 'tidying' our lives in order to clarify what is really important to us.
